Return Window
We have a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Note: You will need your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility
Due to health and safety regulations, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original shrink-wrapped packaging.
- In the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not accepted for return:
- Open or partially used items.
- Discounted, sale or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
Return Shipping
We got you covered! Once your return request is approved, we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label. Just pack your items securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@diip.com.
Note: We will not charge you a restocking fee.
